Ingredients

Arook

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands
  • Make into patties and freeze for 1 hour
  • In a frypan heat vegetable oil until hot
  • Add the arook one at a time and brown on each side
  • Place on a paper towel to remove excess oil

1/2 kilo Extra Lean Mince Meat
1 Onion diced
1 Tomato diced
¼-1/2 cup Flour
¼  cup Dried Parsley

2 tablespoons Tomato Paste

​1 teaspoon Curry Powder

1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
