- Soak rice for 1/2 an hour
- Boil chicken breasts until tender
- Mix mince meat, onion, salt & baharat and make small meatballs and refrigerate
- Bake the potatoes
- Shred the chicken breasts (set aside)
- Fry the meatballs, cover and cook on low-medium heat(set aside)
- Same frypan, fry onion and chicken and add baharat and salt
- Mix the chicken, meatball and potatoes, cover and set aside
Making the rice:
- Add the olive oil
- Fry the rice in high heat
- Add the curry powder and salt
- Add boiling water and cook on low heat for 1/2 an hour
Add all ingredients together

½ Kilo Extra Lean Mince Meat
1 teaspoon Baharat (Biryani)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 small Onion diced
1 Onion diced
1 teaspoon Baharat
2 cups Hash Brown potatoes
2 Chicken breasts
