1/2 kilo Stewing Beef
1 Onion (diced)
1 can Tomato Paste (156ml)
2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
3-4 cups Boiling Water
