• Slice the fillets in 3 sections
  • ​Cut in cubes
  • ​​Add the lemon juice, vegetable oil, pomegranate syrup, yoghurt & spices
  • Mix all together
  • Cover & refrigerate to marinate for 1 hour
  • ​Place 2 chicken pieces in the metal skewer
  • ​Place a cherry tomato
  • ​Place 2 chicken pieces
  • ​​Place a piece of capsicum
  • Place 2 pieces of chicken
  • ​Place all skewers on a foil covered baking dish
  • ​Place in the oven on high grill
  • ​Turn frequently until cooked
