1 Can 540mls Chick peas
3 Lebanese Cucumbers
2 Tomatoes
1/2 Lemon
1 cup Black Kalamata Olives
1 teaspoon Salt

Chickpea Salad

Ingredients

  • Dice the cucumbers and tomatoes
  • Slice the kalamata olives in half
  • Add the chickpeas to the cucumbers, tomatoes and black olives in a bowl
  • Squeeze the juice of the lemon in the bowl and add salt

Mix all together and refrigerate
