- Cut the stewing beef in small pieces
- On high heat add the olive oil
- Fry the diced onions until soft
- Add the stewing beef and fry until its brown
- Season with salt & pepper
- Add the diced green capsicum and mix
- Add the diced tomatoes & season with salt
- Add the curry powder & chilli powder & mix all together
- Cover with the lid & put on low heat for 30 minutes
- Stir once before turning off
Serve with white rice & fried potatoes

2 Tomatoes (diced)
1 Green Capsicum (diced)
1 Onion (diced)
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to season
