Coconut Walnut Milk Biscuits

Ingredients

1 satchet of Graham Crackers/
Milk Biscuits
1/4 cup Butter (melted)
1 cup Walnuts
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Cardamom
Shredded Sweetened Coconut
Sweetened Condensed Milk




  • Add the crackers, walnuts, sugar, cardamom and melted butter in a food processor
  • ​Process until its a crumby mixture
  • Make sure to mix the mixture in between processing
  • Place mixture into a bowl
  • Spray non-stick spray onto a mini muffin tray
  • ​Add a spoonful of the mixture into a hole
  • Make an indent into the hole​
  • Add some milk into the hole​
  • Add some coconut on top of the mixture
  • ​Bake at 350F/180C for 15 minutes
  • Let the tray cool for 10 minutes before taking the biscuits 
    out carefully

  • Serve with tea! Enjoy
