1/2 kilo Stewing Beef
1 cup Pot Barley
750gms Thick Yoghurt
1 teaspoon Dry Thyme
1 teaspoon Salt 
Boiling Water

Ingredients

  • Boil the meat in cold water in a pot until tender
  • Drain the water from the meat when it's cooked
  • Wash the pot barley and place in the pot
  • Add the yoghurt, thyme and salt to the pot and add boiling water half way and stir
  • Simmer on medium heat for 1/2 an hour and mix regularly
