To make the Meat Flat Bread
- Add the green, red peppers, diced tomato, parsley, onion, spices & tomato paste in a food processor
- Process until a smooth consistency
- Add the mixture to the meat
- Mix together until well combined with your hands
- Preheat oven 420F/210C
- Spread the meat mixture evenly over the flatbread
- Bake in the oven for 30-40 mins
To make the Eggplant Flat Bread
- Add the olive oil in a frypan on high heat
- Add the spring onions & eggplant, fry until cooked
- Add the tomato & mix
- Add the spices & mix
- Add the tomato paste & mix
- Add the parsley & mix
- Turn off the heat & set aside
- Spread mixture evenly on flat bread
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 mins
