300gms Stewing Beef

1/2 cup Pearl/Pot Barley

1 teaspoon Salt

4 cups Cold Water

Ingredients

  • Soak the barley overnight in cold water
  • Rinse & drain the barley
  • Add the stewing beef, barley, salt and water to a pressure cooker
  • Cook on the highest temperature for 1 hour
  • Release the pressure when the timer is finished
  • ​Blend all together
