Keto / Low Carb Raspberry Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake

Crust Layer
1 cup Almond Flour
1 cup Walnuts (chopped)
1/3 cup Butter (melted)
2 tablespoons 
Powdered Erythritol (sweetener)
1 teaspoon Cardamom


Cream Cheese Layer
1/2 cup Heavy Cream / Whipping Cream
227gms Cream Cheese
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon Orange Blossom Water
1/4 cup Powdered Erythritol (sweetener)


Chocolate Layer
1&1/2 cups Heavy Cream / Whipping Cream
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder 
(unsweetened)
1/3 cup Powdered Erythritol (sweetener)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence


Top Layer
1 &1/2 cups Heavy Cream /Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence 
1 teaspoon Orange Blossom Water
2 tablespoons Powdered Erythritol 
(sweetener)
Raspberries

Directions

  • Crust Layer
  • Preheat oven 400F or 200C
  • Place the almond flour, walnuts, sweetener cardamom and melted butter in a food processor
  • Process until well combined
  • Place the mixture in a spring form pan with parchment paper or in a glass dish & flatten with a spoon
  • Bake for 10-15 mins & set aside to completely cool
  • Cream Cheese Layer
  • Place the cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetener, vanilla essence & orange blossom water in a bowl
  • ​Use a hand held mixer to combine
  • Chocolate Layer
  • Add the heavy cream in a bowl
  • ​Sift the cocoa powder & sweetener in the bowl
  • Add the vanilla essence
  • ​Use a hand held mixer to combine
  • Top Layer
  • Add the heavy cream, sweetener, vanilla essence & orange blossom water in a bowl
  • Use a hand held mixer to combine
  • Add the cream cheese layer first on the crust
  • Add the chocolate layer next
  • Add the top layer
  • Decorate with raspberries
