Ingredients
1 cup Almond Flour
4 tablespoons Psyllium Husk
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
3 Egg Whites
1/4-1/2 cup Warm Water
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Sesame Seeds

  • Preheat the oven 450F or 230C
  • Place the almond flour,  coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder and sea salt in a bowl
  • ​Whisk all together
  • Add the apple cider vinegar & egg whites
  • Mix all together
  • Add the warm water gradually
  • Knead with your hand
  • Cut the dough in 8 pieces
  • Take a piece & shape into a round ball
  • ​Wet your hands & shape the bread
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top
  • Bake in the oven for 25 mins
