Ingredients 

400gms Okra-Bamia
½ kilo Stewing Beef
796ml Diced Tomatoes
156ml Tomato Paste
1 tsp Salt
1 clove of Garlic sliced
3-4 Cups Boiling Water

Directions

Okra Stew

  • Boil the meat in cold water in a pot until tender
  • Drain the water from the meat when it's cooked
  • Add the okra, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, sliced garlic and salt to the pot and add boiling water half way and mix
  • Simmer on medium heat for 1/2 an hour and mix regularly


​Serve with white rice
