½ kilo Stewing Beef
4-5 Yellow Potatoes
1 can 156ml Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
½ Onion 
4 cups Boiling Water

Curry, Beef & Potato Stew

  • Boil the meat in cold water until tender in the pot
  • Peel & dice the onion
  • Peel and dice the potatoes and put in a bowl with water
  • Drain the water from the meat
  • Add the potatoes, onion, curry powder, tomato paste and salt in the meat pot
  • Add the boiling water and mix
  • Simmer for an hour or until the potatoes are tender
